Meet Donnie

Donnie Perez is an enthusiastic realtor excited to help you out with your next move; whether it’s buying, selling, or investing in real estate. He is passionate about real estate and enjoys talking about every aspect of the subject. As a landlord since 2016, he loves sharing his experiences while learning about best practices. Donnie also enjoys “geeking out” on technology and utilizing it to achieve his real estate goals.

Donnie grew up on the Northwest Side of Chicago and is a proud graduate of Notre Dame High School for Boys in Niles. Donnie currently lives with his wife and young son in the Dunning Neighborhood of Chicago. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later with a Masters in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Whenever Donnie is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family such as hiking, biking, and walking Chicago’s 606 Trail.

As part of his personalized approach, Donnie uses his interpersonal communication skills to fully understand the needs and goals of each client. He is passionate about educating his clients on real estate and thinking outside of the box. You can count on him to find the perfect place for you within the Chicagoland Area.
